Bio-Obst Augustin is a trading company for 100% organic apples and pears located in Northern Germany. All products meet the highest organic standard (Demeter standard).
It is a family business cooperating closely with a selection of contract growers, the “Augustin orchard group", who in their production focus on mutual quality standards that exceed organic. Regenerative farming builds a healthy soil producing exceptional fruit; state-of-the-art sorting technology will meet even the most discerning customers’ demands.
Bio-Obst Augustin has managed to position itself as renown leader in quality in the German organic market. Dierk & Katrin Augustin constituted the brand with their spirit for innovative farming. More than 33 years ago they started establishing and building their standards on their own farm and a few years later founding Bio-Obst Augustin was a logical next step. Today the second generation, their daughter Catharina and their nephew, are leading the business as CEOs.
